From Saul Gorn's Compendium Of Rarely Used Cliches come a collection of "Self-Annihilating Sentences":
  1. Judgments
    "Before they made him they broke the mold."
    "I am certain of it, but I may be wrong."

  2. Attitudes
    I'd give my right arm to be ambidextrous.

    What keeps me going is my inertia.
