Snark of the Week: Dubya made a funny?

This week you get 2 snarks for the price of - well, nevermind. From the fine lads over at The Onion and their American Voices bit come these observations on the issue of the Bush Administration's reputed plan to veto anti-torture legislation:
I never know when the White House is kidding anymore.
And...
Unless these enemies of the United States are captured, made really angry and resentful through embarassing torture, then released, we will never stop terrorism.
